Hi, I'm Theresa, I have 30 years experience in health care/home care and a certified HHA. When I decided to do home care full time, my true passion, I obtained my LLC and professional liability insurance. I follow all health care regulations in regards to HIPPA, vaccines, certifications and education. I've taken classes to become a Certified Alzheimer/Dementia provider and Montessori based activities for such clients. My exceptional one on one care is provided with Respect, Dignity and Equality. I grew up in Rochester and have 2 grown children. Some of my interest are home remodeling, refinishing/purposing furniture, gardening, travel and flea markets. Rate is $25-35hr. References, resume and back ground check available. I cannot provide transportation in my vehicle, but can in yours.

Theresa has been a godsend for our family. She cared for my mom, while she did hospice at home, and is now helping care for my dad who has mild dementia. She is very professional, very reliable, has such a strong work ethic. We won the jackpot with her!
