About Theresa

I have over 15 years of experience as a caregiver. My father had a massive stroke which paralyzed his body causing him to be fed through a feeding tube and could no longer walk. he lived for another 13 years. I got to witness how disabling and inspiring his life would be. My mother fought a hard battle with breast cancer which eventually took her life. I know how difficult it is to be involved in these illnesses but also how rewarding! I was able to give my parents the gift of being together, in their home until the end. I have been fortunate to work with clients with Dementia, COPD, spinal cord injuries, quadriplegic, Paraplegic, Spine surgeries, wound care and tube feedings, ostomy care, catheter care, wound care, I am also trained in pool therapy. I worked in the Physical Therapy world for 20 plus years. I also love to travel.
