About Theresa

Many elders are not interacted with enough. Lots of times families place them in homes and forget to visit them. Elders need as much interaction as the rest of us! Before they leave us, I would love to make some memories with them, and also learn all the lessons life has taught them. I always joke with my boyfriend that my only friends are all old enough to be my grandparents. I love doing activities to get some movement/ exercise in, wether it's a walk, singing / dancing, stretches or any other way I can get them moving. I also love doing crafts and games, such as puzzles, coloring, painting, cross word puzzles and so much more. Crafts and games are a great way to get them in a creative gets them thinking a bit. I am great with time management, wether it be with medications, appointments, or meal times. Being able to make my patient feel loved, safe and comfortable are the main goals for me.
