About Theo

Hello! I am a Brooklyn-based nanny with over five years of childcare experience (ages 1-11). I have spent the last two years nannying two children (ages 3 and 6) and working in Montessori classrooms, and I bring a Montessori approach to my childcare. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College with a focus in theater, puppetry, and arts education, so I also value engaging children's creativity and imagination. I approach my work with joy, curiosity, and kindness, and with the understanding that children flourish in an environment of trust and mutual respect. Afterschool weekday hours are ideal.
