About Thea

Hello! I'm Thea, originally from right outside of DC but now attending UVM to study wildlife and fisheries biology with a minor in food systems! I have past experience working with children through babysitting and more formal jobs - I worked as an apprentice at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, where I created environmentally-focused lesson plans and taught kids about the outdoors. I worked with kids from kindergarten through fourth grade, but I've babysat for kids up to 14 years old. My favorite lessons I've done with kids have been around art and listening to nature! In my spare time, I like to play the guitar, listen to music, read, and spend time outside!
