My husband and I recently hired Thays to care for our 2.5 year old child during evening hours once per week on a regular basis, and it's been a wonderful experience. Thays is responsible for playing with / entertaining our child, managing her bedtime routine, putting her down to sleep, and cleaning up her dinner. Thays is caring, considerate, and empathetic to our child's needs and our child often asks when the next time is that she'll get to play with Thays, so it's obvious to us that she has a great time with her. Thays is a proactive and considerate communicator with my husband and me and is flexible with our schedule, which we appreciate. During her care hours, she sends us updates via text which gives us peace of mind while we're away and makes us feel completely comfortable. We also have a dog who is very fond of Thays (doesn't miss an opportunity to nap on her lap after bedtime).
