Five stars isn't enough!! Thays has been caring for our daughter three days a week for a few months now and I truly don't know how we got so lucky! As a first-time mom, leaving my baby felt so hard. Thays made it feel not just possible, but easy from day one. What sets her apart is that she doesn't just keep our baby safe and happy. She actively helps her grow. She taught our daughter to clap her hands and spent weeks encouraging tummy time and floor play, and just recently our daughter started crawling. She's also the kind of communicator every parent hopes for. I get real updates — naps, bottles, moods, the funny little things she did — without ever having to ask. She's punctual, reliable, and calm under pressure, and she treats our home and our routines with respect. Highly recommend as a nanny, babysitter or caregiver!! She is the sweetest and very easy to have in your home.
