She's good with my toddler daughter watching over her and playing with her when she does make it in. But she left me in a bind when she cancelled on me within a few hours of her confirmed shift saying she is unable to make it work with her schedule moving forward so she isn't going to show up either for her shift that day. She fully knew that I already made plans and was in need of a babysitter. For that reason, I do not recommend her if you're looking for someone reliable.
