About Thandikwe

Hello! I am currently starting my first year of school at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and just moved to Davis from Charleston, SC. I have always loved working with kids and find it really fulfilling and fun. I have 5 years of experience working as a tennis counselor during school breaks for large groups of kids ranging from ages 5-13. I also have experiencing tutoring middle school and high school students in science and english, but am comfortable adjusting to any other curriculum. Personally, my favorite part of working with kids is being able to see their personalities and confidence blossom and I appreciate being able to nurture that as much as I can on my end. I am happy to adapt to different family styles and needs. My school schedule does change week to week, so my hours are flexible.
