My name is Thais and I've been a nanny for 12 years. I started as a live-in nanny in 2010 and I was also an Aupair for 2 years. I have a lot of experience with infants: changing diapers, bottle feeding and introducing solid, putting down to naps, potty training, providing developmental stimulation and ensuring they are happy and safe. In my last experience I was in a full time position for 14 months, staring when the baby was 6 months old. Before that I was with another family for 3 years, since the kids where newborns. I can also prepare healthy meals, drive to activities and help with homework. I'm patient, responsible and communicative. I'm clean, organized and able to multi-task. I can play guitar and ukulele, love singing and arts. I can also speak fluent Portuguese. And I genuinely love to work with kids!

Thais is one of the best things to ever happen to our family. She is our very own Mary Poppins. Our son absolutely loves her, when he hears the knock on the door in the morning, he yells, "Tata!" and runs to let her in. Other parents have stopped me at the playground to tell me how lucky we are to have Thais. And I 1000% agree. I can't recommend Thais highly enough. -She is ALWAYS ON TIME. Always. -She is flexible. So many times work would run late or we would have to adjust our schedules or we would ask her to stay extra long so we could take a date night and I think Thais accommodated us on almost every occasion. -Her engagement with our son is incredible. She helped him learn to walk (at barely 11 months!), she introduced a potty for him, followed our desire to do Baby Led Weaning, she talks with him constantly and always finds fun games to play, is always talking, always outside, and plays ukulele for him.
