About Thais

Nurturing young minds is my passion. For the past two years, I have dedicated myself to providing engaging and supportive care for children aged 4-9. My approach is patient, calm, and creative. I hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Brazil, which supports my understanding of child development, movement, and safety. I also volunteer with children at my church, helping with supervision, activities, routines, and creating a safe and positive environment. I focus on a structured after-school routine, including homework support, snacks, outdoor play, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I communicate openly with parents through daily updates, text messages, or their preferred method, and I carefully follow household rules. I speak English (intermediate/conversational), Portuguese, and Spanish. I am looking to partner with a family to provide reliable, consistent, and caring after-school support.
