About Thais

Nurturing young minds is my passion. I'm currently on the path to becoming a pediatric speech-language pathologist, and I love incorporating what I've learned about communication, language development, and behavior into my babysitting work. For the past 10 years, I've cared for children from infancy through age 11, with a special focus on babies and toddlers. I bring a calm, patient, and friendly energy to every family I work with and enjoy keeping children engaged through age-appropriate play, outdoor activities, games, and educational activities. I'm confident in setting boundaries, following household routines, and communicating openly with parents through regular updates. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, have reliable transportation, and am great with pets. More than just a sitter, I strive to be a positive and trusted presence in each child's life.
