About Tess

As a childcare professional with over 8 years of experience, I pride myself on my empathy, attentiveness, and proactivity. I truly love working with children, supporting them through early stages of growth and development, and being a warm and present figure in their lives. I have traveled both internationally and domestically with families I've worked for, and I alsohave experience as an Assistant Preschool Teacher in a daycare setting. Being raised by a Montessori teacher and spending much of my childhood exploring the outdoors, I have a very down-to-earth approach to childcare. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to be curious, explore, and learn through everyday experiences. I'm based in New York, but I'm flexible and open to opportunities anywhere in the world. Traveling and experiencing new places is a very important part of my life, and I would be excited to bring my childcare experience to a new family and environment!
