About Tess

Hello! I have been working with young people pursuing my passion for healing in the wilderness for almost 10 years. In wilderness therapy, as a Senior III guide for four years, I developed many skills that support mental and emotional development while utilizing the benefits of nature. In my journey to furthering my education in Social Work, I still feel dedicated to hanging out and working with the young people in our community. Though fun, playful, and energetic I offer love, comfort, wisdom, and compassion. I have a creative and youthful eye for life, however, I love sitting down, slowing down and appreciating the joy in a sweet conversation and connecting with others. I have a reliable car with a safe driving record. I am willing to cook, clean after a fun-filled day, and some needed errands. I am very handy with a wide array of life knowledge.
