Hi there! My name is Tesslynn, but I go by Tess, and I'm hoping to be your kiddo's next babysitter! About a year ago, I worked as a coach, where I led groups of up to 6 children aged 4-6, where I taught them the basics of gymnastics. This job allowed me to become CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as gave me experience with working with children both one on one, and in larger groups. I've worked with roudy, calm, curious, neurodivergent, etc.. I worked this job for over a year, and loved it! Building trust with both the parents and the kids was a key part of the job, and communication was important. That remains one of my priorities. Tess was a great help to our family with 3 children. She was able to come in and bond quickly with them. She knew when to give them space but was always working toward gaining their trust. Despite the craziness of our household, Tess always had a calm demeanor . She was able to prepare food and tidy the house while and prioritizing the children's well being. She was able to do all of this while getting them to the park each time she was here. Any constructive criticism was received well by Tess. If the opportunity presented itself, we would definitely hire her again. We will keep her in mind for watching our children for any future date nights. Thank you Tess!
