About Tess

I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My prior babysitting experiences reinforced this passion and ignited my desire to positively impact children's lives. As a caregiver, patience and calmness are my guiding principles. I'm also a creative and imaginative individual who is always ready to play and learn with the children in my care. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children. With two years of experience caring for children of various ages, I'm comfortable caring for up to six children, ranging from infants to preteens. I've completed some college coursework and hold a current CPR Training certification.
