Tessa was our first full time nanny and she was wonderful. Tessa worked in our home with our daughter from age 10 weeks to 15 months, being very adaptive to the changes in our developing baby's needs. Tessa was very dependable and communicative, she even traveled with me and the baby when I had out of state work trips a couple times (while my husband was deployed overseas). Tessa became part of our family, embracing our live style, our dogs, and of course our daughter! We are very sad that Tessa is moving from Virginia to California and can no longer be our nanny, we will all miss her! I would highly recommend Tessa for any nanny or babysitting position.
