I was approached to provide this service, and ended up enjoying the companion role. I helped these seniors remember to take medication; complete self-care tasks; maintain the house, etc. I was available to bring them to medical appointments; pick up groceries; and other errands. We enjoyed activities such as cooking; library visits; yoga; out-for-coffee; chatting; walks; light gardening; etc. I am trained in first aid/CPR; I have a clean driving record; and excellent references.
