Hi! I'm Tessa. I'm an artist and writer living and working in Greenpoint. I just graduated from Pratt with a degree in Fine Arts. I'm looking for a nanny, babysitting or tutoring job because I love being around kids and teaching. I've worked with kids of all ages from 5 months to 19 years old - coaching soccer and wakeboard at camp, making art, remote learning, feeding, playing at the park, "clean up time" and chauffeuring around the 5 burrows! (I have a car) I also have a lot of experience and great memories babysitting/ hanging out with my cousins. I take COVID very seriously, follow all the safety guidelines religiously and have very limited contact with other people (I spend most of my time in my studio these days making art). I'm looking for a minimum commitment of around 15 hours a week, and my schedule is very flexible - I make my own hours ATM!

I can't recommend Tessa highly enough! Tessa took care of school & after school pickups, she has access to a car, and she helped my 10 and 13 year olds with remote learning last semester (both tutoring and navigating the Google classroom system). Tessa has an BFA in Fine Arts and did a lot of really cool art projects like printmaking and oil painting with my kids. She also traveled with us on vacations/trips upstate on several occasions. Tessa also prepared meals and did some housekeeping work. She is sweet, affectionate and loves being around children. Feel free to call me if you need more details!
