About Tessa

Hi there! My name is Tessa. I am currently home with my 3-year-old girl. We also have a 12yo girl who attends full time public school. Before COVID, I was the lead infant teacher at a local childcare center. I have also worked at local elementary schools as a preschool teacher and qualified program director. I would be honored to be considered to work with your kiddos when needed! I would consider myself qualified for the following reasons: *I have experience in multiple childcare settings, (. summer camp, a preschool classroom and after school program) all within a public school building. *I have worked with children from a variety of different backgrounds, (i. e. Autism, Down Syndrome, attention deficit disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, children in state care/grandparents care, etc.) *I am patient and understanding and fully understand the need for flexibility when working with children. *I am CPR and First Aid certified.
