I am Tessa’s dad and have relied on her for years to watch her younger sister (now 10). I have needed Tessa to watch her sister countless times over the years, often for extended periods, and could not have survived without her help (and her sister is not always the easiest…). Tessa is honestly one of the most naturally sensitive, compassionate, kind people I know, and forms genuine bonds with the kids she watches. She also has always been fully honest and someone I could fully trust.
