About Tesla

I'm a certified caregiver with 15 years of experience, & I genuinely love helping children learn and grow. I've learned throughout the years how each child is unique, & every experience will be different. I make sure I tailor my care to fit their individual needs. I'm patient, calm, & creative!! I love using fun, educational activities to support their growth. I also keep a daily journal for every child I care for&it stays in the home. Every ending shift I take time to elaborate recording everything done on that day. Including meals, activities, milestones, moods, etc, so that the parents are always staying informed & can be apart of their milestones they'll be taking, even if they can't be there. Communication is key! I'm so big on communication & making sure everyone is on the same page! So, I ask questions until I completely understand.
