About Tesia

I have watched many children over my lifetime ranging from infancy to 11 years of age. In high school I participated in a couple's counseling babysitting program at a local church. While the couples went to their meetings 3 of us watched their children. They were a group and ranged from 1-3 years of age. There were 3 of us, but all the children wanted to play with me since they loved me best. It was more like me with a group of approximately 8 toddlers watching them all by myself while the other 2 stood on the sidelines. I also have experience with older children. I have babysat, and tutored elementary aged children ranging from kindergarten to 5th grade. Last summer I was a teacher at a summer program in charge of a classroom of 5th grade boys going into the 6th grade. I constructed a schedule which included reading, math, literature, and arts and crafts. I had to come up with arts and crafts projects that all the children could participate in ranging from kindergarten-5th grade.
