I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or preferred methods. I'm skilled in transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have CPR and First Aid training. Although I have some high school experience, my real education comes from hands-on experience. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family gives me purpose.
