About Terri

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, energetic, and committed. I like tutoring because, as an educator, I care about growth, confidence, independence, and literacy. I'm looking for a job that may allow me to share my time and skills with more young people who may need additional support. I started tutoring when I became an educator 18 years ago. In my spare time, I like to read, sip good coffee, and sew. One thing you should know about me is that I care about building resilience and confidence along with skills. My skills include helping young people with their skills as confident readers and writers.
