About Terri

I have had pets my entire life. I have trained five of my own dogs through local dog training organizations that focus on positive reinforcement, owner education and developing an understanding of animal behavior. I will support and reinforce your training efforts. In addition, my family has volunteered with Fidos for Freedom and at the MCHS. I have been a pet-sitter and dog walker for numerous families in our neighborhood and spent a great deal of time at local dog parks. This has provided tremendous insight into dog behavior. In addition to the two dogs that I currently have as pets I also have a feisty fun Maine coon cat. We have adopted/rescued several pets over the years and I am familiar with shy/fearful/reactive behaviors and the importance of establishing trust. I am fit and love hiking, cycling and swimming. I have a BS in Health Care Administration/Communication. I am kind, gentle and observant. I would treat your pet as a family member.
