My girls are grown and out of the house and I currently serve as a nanny part-time. In 2015, I began caring for my mother who was grief-filled after my father's death. She was struggling with dementia and we sold her home and moved her to a senior facility in the area. Her dementia increased and I took on full care responsibilities until her passing in 2020.
