Hi! My name is Terri I'm a dedicated and compassionate childcare provider with a genuine love for working with children. I have 30+ years of experience caring for children of various ages, as well as special needs children. 20 yrs working in the school system, 6 1/2 yrs as a Nanny and, 5 yrs in a childcare center. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports each child's individual growth and development. I am patient, reliable, and creative. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure consistency and trust. Whether it's helping prepare meals, or managing routines, I approach every task with enthusiasm and care.
