I'd describe my personality as patience, empathetic and organized. I like caring for seniors because the aging process isn't easy on the senior or the family but with the right resources and help it can be such a better aging process for the entire family. I started caring for seniors 7 years ago when I transitioned from the Higher Education industry to Senior Living. I spent the last 7 years as the Senior Executive Director; running the day to day operations of a Senior Living Campus. In my spare time, I like to travel and volunteer One thing you should know about me is I am very good in a crisis situation. In my seven years in senior living I dealt with just about every issue that could come up with aging seniors and I know how to remain calm and work towards a resolution. My skills include patience, engaging and connection.
