Terri is very personable and easy to talk to. She is cheerful and always has a positive attitude. She prides herself on punctuality and will notify you as far in advance as possible if she will be late for any reason (e.g., traffic, etc.). Her work ethic is amazing and has a knack for stepping in at the right time to help where she sees it without us needing to ask. If she sees something that could done to be helpful for us and/or the kids she will do it. There were some days that we would come home to find that she had organized our spice cabinet or pantry as an example. Around birthdays or holidays, she was always so thoughtful. She would do holiday themed art projects using the kids' footprints or hands giving them a very personal and sentimental touch. We could go on and on, but you get the idea. We know that she will make an amazing addition to the next family she works for. She most certainly has for our family. We recommend you not hesitate to hire her.
