About Terri
Experience: 10 yrs
I have worked in childcare for 15 years from infancy to kindergarten. I have a bachelors degree in Elementary/Early Childhood. I also earned my 200 hours teacher training in yoga as well as my Yoga Ed training for kids. I teach kids yoga as well as adults. I enjoy working with children. My teaching techniques are mindful, positive and calm. It is important to let children feel calmness to get control of their energy. One of my favorite books is "calm and compassionate children". One of the best books out there for parents and teachers to read.
