Along with also working as a CNA at an Assisted living facility in the lock-down units for residents with severe dementia and or Alzheimer's and with development disabilities. I really love working and caring for people and am reliable and trustworthy and very patient and can provide total care. I have provided care for Hospice an cancer patients, congenital heart failure , stroke, Alzheimers, Dementia, and Parkinson's and quadriplegics as well as downs syndrome. I have experience in transferring patients , administering medications, G-tube, Trach care, wound care and personal hygiene ( showering or sponge baths) dressing and grooming, incontinent care, catheter care and assistance with range of motion etc. I am a wonderful cook and housekeeper, I love animals. I also provide your family member with companionship and transportation grocery shopping, doctor appointments, escorted to services or any errand.

Teri is very caring and has been such a big help to our mom. We hired Teri after our father passed away and mom was recovering from surgery. Teri and Mom developed a great relationship and my mom has really come to depend on Teri. She's very willing to do whatever is needed. She's very experienced so knows what to look for. She was very helpful to take our mom to doctor visits and sit with her during the appointments. She keeps the house looking nice, goes to the store, picks up medications, etc. but besides that, she makes sure Mom is comfortable. She makes sure she takes her medications and helps with a daily treatment for Mom's legs and circulation. She would do whatever she could to help us out and never once did we receive push back on any request. The only reason we're not going to continue with Teri is that we're moving Mom to Assisted Living in another part of town. We would highly recommend Teri to anyone looking for a loving care giver.
