When I first came to the California in 2002, I worked in my cousin's day care. Aside from having grand children in the Philippines, I learned a lot of ways to take care of small kids, i.e. prepare their food, play with them, assist them in their daily ADL. I also worked for developmentally individuals before I shipped to taking care of the elderly which is very fulfilling as I feel like I'm taking care of my deceased parents. I know that with my work experience, I will be able to give compassionate care and do my job well, either taking care of an infant/small children or an elderly.
