I have worked with a wide range of children in a variety of settings, from education to daycare. I have performed as an after school teacher for Elementary ages students. I've also had the pleasure of working as an outreach educator for middle schools serving our community. I had an interview scheduled with Teresa. She didn't show up nor did she call or message me to let me know she wasn't going to make it or was no longer interested. Whatever the case might be. I called her but she didn't respond. Showing up late is bad not showing up at all is the worse you can do when you confirmed an interview. It shows you are not serious about your job search, you have no consideration for the employer's time and most importantly you are not dependable. One of the most important qualifications for a nanny is to be dependable because if she doesn't show up on time, then you don't show up on time to work either and that can have significant consequences at work. That's too bad, I really liked her resume but I guess it was best to find out now.
