About Teresa

I met Miss Teresa through Care.com. This was my first experience having to seek help for a loved one and I was very apprehensive. Miss Teresa came to our home to interview and her love and experience shined through. My mother immediately took a liking to her, and my two dogs were comfortable from the start. Miss Teresa was only with us for 3-4 weeks, but she treated my mother as her own. Her and mom shared the love of Christ, had scripture reading together, and my mom told me every day how much she liked her. Miss Teresa assisted mom with meals, daily care, light housekeeping and companionship. Momma passed on 9/29/21. When Miss Teresa arrived, the hospice nurse was already here. Miss Teresa stayed with us, preparing momma's body, cleaning her room and comforting all of us. Miss Teresa was my Angel of Mercy as I had cared for mom alone for almost a year and a half. She supported me as well as my mother. I can't tell you how many times I cried on her shoulder. I have an honorary family member now in Miss Teresa. If anyone needs assistance with a sick, feeble, or terminally I'll family member, Miss Teresa is a great asset and will be a family member to you. I will miss you Miss Teresa.
