Hi there, my name is Teresa I am a single mother of two grown ups. I'm am a Latina woman that speaks English and Spanish. I have been working as a nanny for more than 6 years. I am very patient with children. I love being creative with kids, teaching them arts and crafts and reading. With younger kids I love helping them learn things like: colors, animals names, numbers, alphabet, you name it! Also being outdoors going to parks or just being in the backyard playing games and having fun with kids. I am very open to cooking and cleaning but of course my main focus is caring for the children. I am a very responsible and caring person. I have had other jobs but nothing compares to taking care of children. It is a job I love to do because I love children. I am a nanny that is always on time and reliable when needed. I also have no problem when it comes to pets. All pets are welcome!!!

Teresa started as our nanny when our son was only 4 months old. We shared a nanny with another family who also had a 4 month old son - so Teresa was watching two babies while employed with us. Teresa was extremely dependable. She never missed a day of work and arrived 5 minutes early every day. My favorite thing about Teresa was her kind loving way with the babies. Sometimes both babies would cry at the same time and I can see how that would be frustrating but she never lost her temper or seemed to get frustrated. She always handled them with kindness and care. Teresa taught me how to give my son naps. He went from not sleeping at all during the day to napping twice during the day and was a much happier baby as a result. We still use Teresa as a babysitter. I would recommend her to any family looking for a loving and dependable nanny.
