I'm currently working as an independent nanny for a 4 and 1-year-old in the home of the care seeker. My strengths as a nanny is my ability to engage children in playtime, especially to outdoor activities such as field trips (Zoo, Children Museum, Parks and Libraries, and Swimming). I also ensure that the children are provided with healthy meals and healthy appealing snacks. I enjoy outdoor activities and love animals. Tesa is hands on the best babysitter we have had. From the interview process , up until today. Tesa has been a source of knowledge and peace. Tesa is punctual, honest and is great at keeping clear, direct communication with you. She is structured and very engaged with our daughter. We have been working together since AUGUST 2022, on the Fridays, on weekend date-nights and occasionally when our daughter is sick. Tesa has become part of our family and support system. Our daughter misses her when she isn't here, and even makes up stories about "Tesa" coming to visit. Tesa has many certifications on child education, speaks Spanish to our daughter, and keeps her engaged and active. There is no screen time for her, and she has even offered advice to us (new parents) on potty training. Tesa checks in, over texts or phone calls, in between her nanny sessions with us, to see how our daughter is doing. I hope our growing family can continue to receive the support that Tesa brings to us.
