About Tera

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I bring years of experience to every family I support. I am trained in child development and positive behavior support strategies. My main job is my practice as a board certified, licensed behavior analyst. I supervise children with autism who are receiving ABA services. I write their treatment, plans, train and supervise staff and provide training to parents on positive behavior management and skill building . In my work, I have also worked with children who have speech delays, ADHD and other developmental disorders. However, I do that job on a per diem basis now, so now I am also providing childcare here and there and it has been a delight! I am comfortable with kids across all age groups, from infants to pre-teens. I love engaging children in educational games that spark curiosity. I am also happy to assist with meal prep and light housekeeping. I love pets!
