About Teonna

Hi everyone! I'm a nanny in Lakeview with about 6 years of childcare experience, primarily with infants, toddlers, and young children. I have experience with newborn care, potty training, early literacy, developmental activities, and helping little ones build independence through everyday routines. My approach is warm, patient, and intentional. I'm very interested in child development and enjoy finding ways to make everyday moments opportunities for learning, whether that's practicing new skills, reading together, or helping children learn to express themselves. I lean toward a Montessori-inspired, authoritative approach that balances nurturing care with gentle, consistent boundaries.
