About Tenzin

I currently work in a day program supporting adults with special needs. My role involves helping with daily activities, encouraging independence, providing personal care, and creating a safe, positive, and welcoming environment. I genuinely enjoy working in this field because I like helping others and being someone they can depend on. I have experience with personal care, behavior support, and assisting clients in community-based programs. I'm looking for similar opportunities where I can continue making a positive difference in people's lives. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going on short walks, and playing basketball in my free time. Some of my strengths include patience, responsibility, safety awareness, and helping individuals build confidence and become more independent.
