About Tenisha

Hi there! My name is Tenisha, I am currently switching from working as a Supervisor at a nature-based playschool. I am also a mother of a 5-year-old who is now kindergartner. I have 13 years of profession experience of working with children, and infants in various settings and ages. I have multiple child care certifications that are listed in my profile below. My main goal as a nanny is provide a safe and positive learning environment for your little one. I love being outside and aim for daily walks/time outside. I believe wholeheartedly in fostering independence, compassion, and empathy for all other living beings, and letting the child explore and thrive. I charge $25 to come to your home, or $20 for care in my home. I am available Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and prefer a family who needs care for part time. I may have some flexibility with the times, and I am opening to discussing this further during a preliminary phone call or house visit.
