About Tegan

I'd describe my personality as caring, playful, and detail-oriented. I like working with kids because I love to help kids grow and develop as their own people! I also understand the importance of raising children with limited screen time and I want help in any way I can! I started working with kids in college as a summer camp counselor. I helped kids aged 13-18 with their academic and residential lives at a sleep over camp for two summers. This required me to be CPR certified, first aid trained, and partake in a series of child abuse and DEI trainings to ensure the health and safety of all children at all times. This past year, I worked as an au pair in Paris, France where I took care of three children/teens aged 10, 15, and 16. I also occasionally babysat for two girls aged 4 and 7. In my spare time, I like to sew, crochet, exercise, try new recipes, explore new parts of the city, and go to the cinema with my friends!
