As an experienced and dedicated childcare provider with eight years under my belt, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children. My nurturing personality, combined with my patience and calm demeanor, allows me to connect easily with kids of all ages. I have a deep understanding of the importance of open communication with parents and always make it a priority to keep them informed about their child's day. Whether it's through regular updates via text or phone calls, or detailed verbal communication during pickup, I ensure that parents are actively involved in their child's progress and well-being. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a firm yet gentle approach. By setting clear boundaries and expectations, I help children develop a sense of responsibility while also ensuring their safety and happiness. I would also love to add that I have an almost 2-year-old myself :)
