I'd describe my personality as outgoing, energetic, and intentional I like working with kids because I believe kids are tiny adults who I get to help show the world to. I get to not only impart wisdom and engage imagination, but to also learn from them. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and open with communication I started working with kids when I was 12 babysitting for church members and have been doing so ever since In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, swim, or explore nature One thing you should know about me is I am very open and honest about activities as well as development opportunities for your little beans. My skills include being able to talk to children on several levels, engaging in conversations and staying involved
