About Teaghan

From a very young age I always knew that I wanted to work with animals. Back in 2016 my journey began as a live in "cat nanny" for a flight attendant who was rarely home. Although I didn't receive actual pay, and just a rent reduction - it was the best job I'd ever landed. I joined care. com to do more of what I love - hanging out with animals and giving them safe, comfortable care while their humans are away. I spent the last year and a half working at a dog day care here in the city which has afforded me experience with all sorts of personalities, ages, and breeds. That said, I'm still just as much of a cat person as I am a dog person, and recently helped to raise a neonatal kitten by bottle feeding every couple of hours during the day while the kittens human was at work.
