With five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I focus on fostering independence and enhancing the daily quality of life for those I serve. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I have a background in nursing homes, assisted livings, and emergency medicine. Skills includes managing medications, ADLs, wound care, and handling light housekeeping or meal preparation. I am patient and calm, skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history to build a meaningful, trusting connection. Whether providing ADLs or simple tasks, I am capable of learning tasks unique to the situation.
