Tay is truly wonderful - we’ve kept extending her end date with us because it’s been so hard to let her go. She has been with our family for 2.5 years and has become such an important part of our lives. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy (she has never called in sick and is always flexible), completes all tasks as asked, and has a consistently warm, positive presence. She loves playing with the kids, taking them on little adventures, and bringing fun, loving energy into our home. She communicates well, is sweet and thoughtful, and our daughters truly see her as a big sister. I especially appreciate how she helps reinforce good manners, routines, and respectful behavior - she is loving while still setting healthy boundaries.
