Taylor provided wonderful short-term care for our 6 month old baby. She was patient, encouraging and flexible. She took care to think about the baby‘s next development steps (movement, foods) and how to foster them. We’d happily recommend to any other parent.

Taylor took great care of my daughter.  She arrived on time, made her food, read her books and was kind.  

Taylor is very realiable, punctual and personable  Our kids loved her. She made sure to send updates throughout the day and ask questions when she wasn't sure how we wanted certain situations to be handled. We would definitely keep her in mind for the future.

She great came early made sure there wasnt eny extra rhings she needed to no her no 1 priority was the kids and making sure they were taken care the kids took to her straight away she ordered them food and gave updates all night on how they were getting on very nice to speak to and also very punctual with last minutes changes would deffinetly use her again 

We recently hired Taylor to care for our dog and had an excellent experience. She hosted our high energy dog in her home for 24 hours, including an overnight stay. Working with Taylor was a pleasure. Her communication with us was excellent and she was very patient with me when I had to reschedule our initial conversation. We definitely plan to work with Taylor again. Thank you for your expert care, Taylor! You really saved us!  

Taylor has been amazing for our 3 month old baby. Our son felt immediately comfortable in Taylor’s presence. Also she shared a ton on insights on sleep training, screen time and other general tips.  We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

ALERT! Do Not Hire Taylor ! 
We hired her on 3/28, 4-6 pm. I made the request through care.com and paid the fee online. She showed up at the time agreed, and started to interact with my baby. 30 min later she told me she didn't see the payment come through and showed me on her phone, and requested to pay again. 
She told me this happened to the same family this morning and said will refund if she saw double counts. I hired her for 2 hours but we spent 1 hour figuring out the payment. I was on a work call and that's why I need her for help. Instead of helping me with my baby, she was using her phone trying to figure out the payment, leaving my baby walk around , unattended. I had to ask her couple of times to " Watch " my baby while I was on the work call meanwhile trying to figure out the payment. 
After I realized I was double charged, I sent her message, no response. Called and left voice message, no response. 
To all the families. Do Not Hire Her! A very horrible experience.

Taylor is a great communicator.  Reliable, caring and very sweet with our 3 month old baby boy.

Really good with children, she’s very respectful and communication skills are amazing. I would recommend hiring her if you expect good communication and great customer service
