Taylor is EXCELLENT! She has worked for us for almost 9 months watching my now 16 month old son and I genuinely could not recommend her more. Taylor takes so much care in curating new and creative activities that are specific to my son and his development. He loves her and gets the biggest smile on his face when she comes in the door. And my husband and I love her! She took the time to understand our parenting style/methods and is so respectful. She takes safety very seriously, which is incredibly important to us. I was very nervous initially hiring someone to be such an innermost part of household, but Taylor has truly become a part of our family. She goes above and beyond, is truly kind, and very in tune with the needs of my son and our family.
