I could not recommend Taylor enough! She has been with our family helping out FT with our 1 & 4 year old for the last year and we are so grateful for her. She was our first exp. having help with our littles one, especially FT, so we were a little nervous but Taylor made it such a smooth transition and gave us the help & peace of mind we didn't even know we needed. She's kind, thoughtful, dependable, punctual, trustworthy, generous, patient, flexible and follows requests happily. She shows up with a smile on her face every day (sometimes bearing thoughtful gifts, bringing joy to our oldest) ready to jump in and give me the support I need to step away and work from home. She helped get our 1 y/o on a nap schedule, brings planned activities/crafts for the kids, prepares balanced meals/snacks, tidies up the house and even helps with dishes/laundry! She's also been flexible and has helped out some evenings and weekends when she's available. We love and will miss her!
