Hello! My name is Taylor. I am a certified babysitter with the American Red Cross and Infant/Child First Aid/CPR/AED (done in person). I am a Chemistry senior at UMass Amherst during the school year and spend my summers at home on the Cape. While taking some time off school, I was a nanny/babysitter for a year full time between a few families. Most of my experience is with babies and toddlers, but I'm open to watching all age groups. I have been volunteering with kids since middle school and tutored middle schoolers as a high school student. I also began babysitting in high school. I love getting to know the kids' personally, what they really enjoy, and how to best have fun with them! Crafts, games, and playing with toys in new ways are all things I find really help me to form bonds with kids. I am vaccinated for Covid-19. I have a car and I do not smoke/vape. I grew up around both cats and dogs, and have 2 dogs and a cat currently so I'm very comfortable with animals.

Taylor is very experienced at childcare. She did a great job with our kiddo and got to know him incredibly well in just a few hours. Our 5 year old can have some rigidity around routines and Taylor was very adaptable. Kiddo was all tucked in and sleeping when we got home. Big success!
